Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day contact for perks and benefits vendors, manage check-ins, track performance/utilization/spend, and resolve service issues.
  • •Maintain perks program operations by managing eligibility/access/reimbursement inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating fixes with vendors, and keeping program documentation up to date.
  • •Plan and execute the annual Benefits + Perks Fair and onsite/offsite wellness events, handling logistics end to end and using feedback to improve future events.
  • •Develop and manage internal communications for perks, benefits, and wellbeing offerings across email, Slack, and in-person touchpoints; create FAQs and one-pagers.
  • •Run tenure recognition and monthly wellness challenges through CarvanaFit, tracking participation and recognizing winners, and assist with special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in benefits, perks, wellbeing, HR programs, vendor or account management, event coordination, or internal communications.
  • •Experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to results.
  • •Experience planning and executing events, from small onsite activities to large fairs.
  • •Strong writing skills and the ability to make information clear, fun, and engaging (Canva or similar is a plus).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
