Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the construction process from permitting through construction completion.
  • •Lead permit tracking, bid and contractor selection, including GC contract negotiations, and manage vendors plus the internal procurement team.
  • •Review and update progress and cost reports, schedules, and completion requirements on a regular basis.
  • •Partner with internal Design and Engineering teams to finalize design and identify construction-related issues prior to submission to AHJ.
  • •Direct vendor/consultant activities and negotiate contracts with external vendors while communicating timelines, methods, policies, permits, and safety/performance standards with corporate leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project management, real estate construction, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of professional experience.

  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Must be proficient in MS Office and Adobe and be willing to travel as necessary (up to 50% of the time).
