Senior Project Manager, Construction, Infrastructure Development

Lead end-to-end construction delivery for infrastructure projects, managing the process from permitting through completion. Track permits, bids, and contractor selection (including GC contract negotiations), coordinate vendors and procurement, and keep progress, cost, and schedules current. Partner with internal Design and Engineering teams to finalize design and surface construction issues early. Direct vendor activities, negotiate external contracts, and communicate with corporate leadership on safety, sustainability, quality, and performance standards.
