Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution for an SAP RAR implementation, managing scope, budget, timeline, and resources across multiple workstreams (Basis, SD, ABAP, FICO, and data migration). Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and IT; manage risks, issues, and project governance; oversee testing (unit/integration/UAT) and go-live/cutover. Ensure compliance alignment to ASC 606/IFRS 15, while driving change management and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution of the SAP RAR implementation.
•Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation across functional/technical workstreams (Basis, SD, ABAP, FICO, data migration).
•Coordinate between business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, IT) and the project team.
•Manage risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
•Oversee project governance, testing phases (unit/integration/UAT), and go-live/cutover planning, including change management and training communications.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of project management experience, including SAP implementation projects.
•Experience managing SAP finance-related implementations (RAR, FI, SD) preferred.
•PMP or equivalent certification.
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
•Experience managing the full project lifecycle through hypercare/post go-live support.
