Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead tooling engineering supervisors for RFQs, DFM, product and tool design reviews, documentation, manufacturing, and validations.
  • •Lead tool assembly and maintenance activities, including preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance, minor repairs, and spare parts inventory management.
  • •Lead machine shop efforts for in-house critical tool fixes, tool repairs, tool functionality improvements, and spare part manufacturing.
  • •Lead injection process team to validate new process parameters, molds, and transfers, and support troubleshooting in current production.
  • •Coordinate root-cause analysis for new and ongoing manufacturing issues, work with capital projects on productivity improvements, and train/develop employees.

Key Requirements
