Key Responsibilities

•Schedule and prioritize maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment and buildings to ensure timely completion.
•Supervise maintenance department personnel by assigning work, scheduling leave, evaluating performance, and providing technical and safety training.
•Conduct contractor research and write reports as required; assist in strategic planning for the plant maintenance department.
•Support budget preparation and coordinate with the Fire Marshall and the company’s insurance carrier.
•Maintain GMP and department procedures, run an effective pest control program, oversee electrical system maintenance, and lead department/safety staff meetings.

•Computer skills, including JDE.
•Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, and respond to after-hours emergency conditions.
