Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs from initiation through closure within a regional delivery model.
  • •Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual/commercial commitments are met.
  • •Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, accurately defining, tracking, and managing requirements across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, making critical adjustments and securing alignment from senior leadership.
  • •Provide technical and delivery leadership across Microsoft solution engagements, guiding teams on best practices and contributing to architecture and integration discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of total working experience with proven experience leading technology project implementations in a regional environment across 3–5+ countries.
  • •Extensive end-to-end project and program delivery experience within consulting and solution implementation environments.
  • •Strong contract management and commercial terms knowledge for managing fixed-price, commercially sensitive projects and client expectations.
  • •Strong technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, preferably including Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project financial reporting.
