Onshore Wind Development Project Manager (Procurement)

Drive renewable energy project development during the development phase, using global project management methods to coordinate with stakeholders in Japan, including public authorities and suppliers. Lead permit-acquisition activities by confirming requirements, manage supplier and contractor selection, negotiate contracts, and drive internal approvals. After contract execution, oversee progress, quality, cost, and schedule while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
