  • •Monitor inline quality and respond to defect excursions and host abort holds.
  • •Perform structured troubleshooting across material, tool, and system domains.
  • •Execute SOP/OCAP to maintain consistent and efficient lot disposition.
  • •Maintain tool health, recipe performance, and system stability while collaborating with PIE, Equipment, and Quality teams.
