Project Director

Lead and strategically manage large-scale infrastructure projects from commencement through construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and close-out. Provide executive oversight of technical, commercial, contractual, operational, financial, and stakeholder activities, ensuring delivery within programme, budget, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements. Serve as primary executive representative for the Consultant, coordinating with clients, government authorities, utility providers, and contractors, while establishing governance, risk, quality, and reporting frameworks.
