Job Summary

Drive new business and revenue growth for DP World’s Freight Forwarding services in Mersin/Türkiye, covering Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo. Spend most of your time in the field to meet customers, build long-term partnerships, qualify opportunities, and manage a healthy sales pipeline. Meet revenue and gross profit targets, prepare customer quotations and proposals, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services.
•Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
•Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and opportunity qualification.
•Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit (GP) targets.
•Prepare, present, and follow up on customer quotations and commercial proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records and partnering with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
•Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a service-based industry.
•Experience in field sales, business development, customer acquisition, and account management.
•Good understanding of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and logistics solutions.
•Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
