Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate end-to-end AI-driven asset production (image, video, variants) using best-in-class GenAI tools.
  • •Translate creative briefs into structured prompts, workflows, and generation logic.
  • •Manage iteration cycles (prompt tuning, model selection, re-generation strategies).
  • •Ensure efficient delivery across multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
  • •Monitor output consistency versus Prada standards (views, formats) and perform still-life/on-model post-production when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience at leading marketing agency, creative design studio, or creative-centric organization, with hands-on content production experience (luxury or high-end preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with AI generators and prompting skills (e.g., Google Vertex, Higgsfield, Seedance, Freepik, Kling, Flora).
  • •Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, and dam & content production orchestration tools).
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing content across image, video, or both.
  • •Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
