Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience leading teams of data scientists and machine learning engineers building end-to-end customer-facing AI/ML applications and infrastructure.
  • •6+ years fluency in Python, REST APIs, AI/ML frameworks, modeling techniques, and model serving.
  • •6+ years experience with data stores including relational (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), object storage (e.g., GCS), and vector databases.
  • •Experience with CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins) and serverless (Cloud Run/Functions).
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
