Key Responsibilities

•Administer and support the Mainframe System Automation.
•Deliver automation at the required business quality and pace.
•Ensure delivery to customers while following global standards and best practices.
•Analyze needs and participate in achieving organizational efficiency objectives to drive automation solutions.
•Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver agreed solutions, and support incidents.
•Manage requests for creation or enhancement of monitoring and automation rules for Mainframe Automation.
•Collaborate with IT teams globally and provide incident support as needed.

Key Requirements

•10+ years supporting and troubleshooting IBMz Mainframe systems in production support, handling incidents/issues to meet deadlines.
•5+ years in Mainframe systems with a focus on System Automation (e.g., OPS/MVS or IBM SA/NetView); OPS/MVS experience preferred.
•5+ years coding/scripting using REXX programming language.
•Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
•Excellent verbal and written English skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
