Key Requirements

  • •10+ years supporting and troubleshooting IBMz Mainframe systems in production support, handling incidents/issues to meet deadlines.
  • •5+ years in Mainframe systems with a focus on System Automation (e.g., OPS/MVS or IBM SA/NetView); OPS/MVS experience preferred.
  • •5+ years coding/scripting using REXX programming language.
  • •Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
