Team Lead, Insurance Broker Channel Operations - Hang Seng Insurance - Hang Seng Bank (HK) (Mongkok, Kowloon, HK)

Lead brokerage channel operations for Hang Seng Insurance, reporting to the Head of Brokerage Channel. Support brokerage channel business development by driving channel strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets, coordinating product launches and marketing/distribution support. Build strong stakeholder relationships across case management, underwriting, operations, finance, product and actuarial teams, and manage end-to-end new business from application through policy issuance while monitoring market trends and responding to changes or crises.
