Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of about twenty people and optimize resources within your scope.
  • •Ensure integration and test activities are performed in compliance with project plans delivered by the industrial lot leads and quality requirements.
  • •Organize inbound and outbound material/parts flows to meet production program deadlines and quality.
  • •Conduct on-the-ground status updates and lead short-interval animations (AIC) with stakeholders (industrialization, supply-chain, industrial lot lead, quality, etc.).
  • •Ensure appropriate production processes are available and correctly implemented; manage equipment/material means, lead improvement projects, and ensure personnel safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5) and initial experience in operational or people management of a technical team.
  • •Experience with charge/capacity/resource alignment exercises (charges/capacités/ressources humaines).
  • •Knowledge of performance management processes (e.g., AIC).
  • •Knowledge of LEAN transformation and continuous improvement methods (Gemba, VSM, Andon KAIZEN).
  • •Ability to lead teams and work in integrated multidisciplinary collaboration, with communication skills and teamwork mindset.
