Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, and Workplace Operations to support workplace and real estate projects.
  • •Assist in delivering projects across the real estate lifecycle, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, workplace upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • •Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management to deliver projects efficiently.
  • •Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •At least one year of relevant experience in project management, corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, workplace services, or a related area.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • •Ability to work fully on-site (five days per week).
