Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
  • •Use digital analytics for troubleshooting.
  • •Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues with guidance.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or a trade certification.
  • •1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support or a related technical field.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • •Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics, plus familiarity with hand tools (including digital multimeters) and Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
