Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent, client-focused service experience through complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to improve the client experience.
  • •Support outbound calling and the team sales process by checking client offers and identifying needs or opportunities, referring to appropriate branch team members as needed.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; support new account openings and problem resolution as a secondary contact.

Key Requirements
