  • •Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, understand customer behaviour, and make informed design decisions.
  • •Turn customer and business problems into clear hypotheses, design experiments, and use learnings to shape what comes next.
  • •Bring exceptional visual and interaction craft to web experiences while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • •Partner across Product, Engineering, Data, and Research; define long-term product vision and mentor others in Design.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record designing high-quality web experiences, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design craft.

  • •Ability to connect customer experiences with measurable outcomes and explain how design contributes to wider product and commercial goals.
  • •Experience forming hypotheses, experimenting with approaches, and adapting as you learn.
  • •A natural collaborator who can bring together Product, Engineering, Data, and Research around complex customer problems.
