Key Responsibilities

  • •Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Beschaffung und Logistik in der Klinik Aarau – von Beschaffung über Lager bis zur Verteilung und Entsorgung inkl. OP-Logistik, Konsignation und Leihmaterial
  • •Du stellst sicher, dass alle Materialien jederzeit verfügbar, wirtschaftlich beschafft und effizient bereitgestellt werden
  • •Du optimierst die gesamte Logistikkette und Materialflüsse, vor allem im Zusammenhang mit der anstehenden Inbetriebnahme von Haus C sowie weiterer Veränderungen auf dem Klinikareal und entwickelst Prozesse gezielt und kontinuierlich weiter
  • •Du treibst aktiv die Standardisierung und Digitalisierung unserer Abläufe voran
  • •Du verantwortest Budget, Sachkosten und Inventur und steuerst die Kosten gemeinsam mit der Klinikleitung

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung als Eidg. Dipl. Einkäufer/-in / Einkaufsleiter/-in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Logistik
  • •Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Leadership
  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im Bereich Logistik oder Beschaffung / Supply Chain Management (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen)
  • •Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in der Prozessoptimierung, Projektleitung und Transformation
