Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers for installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Study and optimize equipment performance, reliability, safety, and uptime; drive programs to resolve issues affecting manufacturing using AI-driven analytics.
  • •Forecast and budget equipment upkeep costs; reduce costs using AI-based cost modeling and predictive maintenance insights.
  • •Develop PM systems and procedures to ensure first-time success and improve troubleshooting outcomes (low MTTR, reduced spare cost) using AI-assisted detection and RCA.
  • •Set performance expectations and conduct reviews; build team capability through AI adoption (e.g., Copilot and data/automation platforms) and ensure EHSS compliance using digital/AI risk tools.
