Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support across programme support activities and coordinate office administrative functions, including office-space status.
  • •Review obligating documents, perform financial reconciliations as required, and process transactions in an enterprise resource planning system.
  • •Support monitoring of country activity implementation, including budget and financial expenditures under the approved work plan.
  • •Handle human-resources administrative tasks, including monitoring staff contracts and updating the departmental human resources plan, acting as leave administrator.
  • •Draft and finalize correspondence/reports, maintain filing systems, and support meeting preparations and staff travel logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of secondary education with equivalent administrative certification or training.
  • •Minimum five years of relevant work experience in a secretarial/administrative field.
  • •Knowledge of administrative and financial support procedures, rules, and regulations, including basic financial accounting operations.
  • •Ability to draft routine and non-routine correspondence and reports, maintain client relationships, and prepare reports/briefings through simple research and organization of information.
  • •Expert knowledge of English and local language (French, Russian, and German are desirable).
