  • •Maintain high production, quality, yields, and a safe working environment.
  • •Check daily production orders, ensure positions are filled before startup, and oversee team member exercises and job rotation.
  • •Ensure machinery performs to the highest standard and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Oversee accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
