Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts, overseeing finance support for broader Creative Arts, Localization, and Co-Development studio teams.
  • •Partner with budget owners and business leaders to identify risks and opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence business outcomes.
  • •Drive executive-level reporting and presentation materials explaining financial performance, variance drivers, and recommended actions.
  • •Support cost optimisation by identifying efficiencies, improving planning discipline, and enabling better resource allocation.
  • •Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, and related processes; build ad hoc models and drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements, while managing and developing a team of analysts.

Salary: CAD 80,300 - 120,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •People management experience with the ability to coach, develop, and support finance professionals.
  • •7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
  • •Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
