Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of water-sector projects across design, procurement, construction delivery, and budget management.
  • •Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communications across all project stages.
  • •Collaborate with utility companies on connection agreements and water contracts, including coordination with internal and external legal counsel where required.
  • •Review, assess, and process applications for payment from delivery partners and utility companies.
  • •Lead contract management and administration (including NEC and FIDIC), maintain project documentation, and ensure project controls for budgets, schedules, scope, quality, and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •3rd level relevant qualification in engineering or project management.
  • •Professional qualification from a recognised chartered institute or association in a discipline related to project management/engineering.
  • •Ideally holds an NEC PM accreditation.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience, including five years in a role for a water utility client.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering water utility capital contracts and administering NEC/FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
