Senior Project Manager - Water/Utilities

Lead delivery of a portfolio of water infrastructure projects across design, procurement, construction, and budget management. Manage internal and external stakeholders and coordinate with utility companies on connection agreements and water contracts, including NEC and FIDIC contract administration. Maintain project controls and documentation (risk/issue registers, schedules, budgets), analyze issues to drive delivery across multiple projects, and motivate project team members while following governance and approval gates.
