Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with an electrical engineering background (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of experience in field support such as installation work, support, and start-up, including testing.
  • •3+ years of service support such as after-sales service and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with large-scale electrical equipment (e.g., UPS, inverter, batteries, high-voltage distribution boards, transformers, generators, air conditioners).
  • •Ability to isolate equipment start-up malfunctions, take corrective action, and conduct technical service training.
