Job Summary

Design and continuously improve People Experience frameworks that support performance, progression, engagement, and retention. Partner with senior leaders, People Partners, People Operations, and Total Rewards to turn employee feedback and organizational insight into practical action. Lead employee listening, performance and progression frameworks, and fairness in reviews and promotion decisions, while leveraging HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and scale people processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and continuously improve frameworks and insights that support performance, progression, engagement, and retention.
•Own employee listening (including pulse surveys) and turn feedback and data into clear recommendations and organizational action.
•Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of performance and progression frameworks.
•Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.
•Identify retention risks and work with People Partners and leaders to address them while leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years’ experience in People/HR roles.
•Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
•Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
•Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
•Strong analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insight.
