Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the data and operations lead for BD and Marketing—owning insights, automation, and performance visibility.
  • •Design and automate reporting systems and dashboards for revenue, partnerships, and marketing campaigns across Snowflake and third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • •Build and monitor A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with Product and Data teams, applying statistical rigor to separate causation from correlation.
  • •Identify and communicate actionable insights that drive user growth, partner success, and marketing ROI.
  • •Streamline BD and Marketing workflows through process automation and tool integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering); MBA or MS a plus
  • •5+ years of experience in analytics, biz ops, growth ops, or similar roles at a high-growth tech or media company
  • •Fluent in SQL with experience in Snowflake (or similar) and building analytics from 0→1, including automated dashboards (Looker/Mode/Tableau)
  • •Strong experimentation mindset with ability to design controlled tests and interpret results
  • •Proactive, hands-on, and able to implement solutions beyond analysis
