Full-cycle recruiter driving hiring across EMEA from our Paris hub. You will lead end-to-end hiring for Business and Go-to-Market teams, shape hiring strategy using data, build pipelines, and collaborate with VP-level stakeholders while championing Figma values in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Business and Go-to-Market teams
•Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, with a primary focus on EMEA
•Source and build a healthy, representative pipelines whilst also effectively managing inbound pipelines
•Use data to shape your hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners that drive meaningful change
•Develop and create sourcing strategies to engage passive talent including, but not limited to: cold outreach, events, and content production

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high growth business with a presence across the EMEA region partnering with VP level stakeholders
•Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and format based on audience
•Native or fluency in French
•Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, such as sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement / management
