Key Responsibilities

  • •Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Business and Go-to-Market teams
  • •Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, with a primary focus on EMEA
  • •Source and build a healthy, representative pipelines whilst also effectively managing inbound pipelines
  • •Use data to shape your hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners that drive meaningful change
  • •Develop and create sourcing strategies to engage passive talent including, but not limited to: cold outreach, events, and content production

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high growth business with a presence across the EMEA region partnering with VP level stakeholders
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and format based on audience
  • •Native or fluency in French
  • •Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, such as sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement / management
