Job Summary

Drive sales by visiting assigned merchant locations daily and engaging merchants as a primary point of contact. Support merchants through the application process, train and qualify sales reps on using the company’s mobile app, and ensure stores have required marketing materials. Maintain product knowledge across loan products and financial services, deliver customer service, meet individual/team sales targets and KPIs, and ensure compliance while tracking and reporting performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily visits to assigned merchant locations, following routing and company guidelines to maintain visibility and influence.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and act as the primary point of contact to foster trust and collaboration.
•Assist merchants throughout the application process and train and qualify merchants’ sales reps on using the company’s app.
•Maintain product knowledge of loan products and financial services, provide customer service, and promote product uptake and conversion to meet sales targets and KPIs.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, address customer complaints, and track and report sales performance for each assigned branch.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
•Tech-savvy with the ability to train others on mobile applications.
•Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with willingness to travel daily to multiple branch locations.
