Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients and promote development and implementation of OT cyber security solutions for industrial control systems.
  • •Conduct cybersecurity gap assessments aligned to NIST, ISA 27001, and ISA/IEC-62443 and support OT cyber security resilience roadmap consulting.
  • •Provide OT cyber security technical leadership and standards compliance, including helping standardize project execution workflows across regions.
  • •Support proposal development and costing with IT/OT risk input and represent Wood in industry forums (e.g., white papers, panels) as a subject matter expert.
  • •Lead delivery of industrial cybersecurity solutions: client meetings, stakeholder engagement, assessment activities, execution planning, equipment specification/testing, commissioning, and managing technical/commercial change.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in a similar OT cyber security role.
  • •Degree-level qualification in engineering, science, computer science, or mathematics.
  • •Relevant IEC/ISA certification (including GICSP or similar).
  • •Hands-on experience specifying and implementing industrial firewalls, backup and recovery solutions, and deploying security solutions (including network capture/analysis and patch updates).
  • •Hands-on experience configuring and deploying industrial networking equipment (switch, router, firewall) and strong communication skills for client-facing work.
