OTC Disputes & Reconciliation Team Leader with German

Lead, coach, and support a team of 6 specialists handling OTC disputes and account reconciliations for the German market within Credit and Collections. Oversee end-to-end dispute management and reconciliation, ensure timely and accurate resolutions, monitor performance and conduct reviews, and drive root-cause analysis to reduce repeat disputes. Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Cash Collection, Cash Application, and Rebates while reporting KPIs and serving as the escalation point for complex cases.
