Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and provide thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.

  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
