Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI adoption and standardization across engineering by serving as the enablement partner for AI foundations, standards, and frameworks.
  • •Evangelize AI tooling patterns and make expected workflows and quality bars explicit and easy to adopt.
  • •Build and maintain a structured feedback loop to capture adoption blockers and translate recurring issues into updated playbooks, standards, templates, and training.
  • •Create lightweight, high-frequency enablement content (recordings, snippets, do/don’t guides, checklists, quick-reference materials) using AI tools.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders to define adoption dashboards and metrics and deliver technical storytelling on progress and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in developer productivity, developer experience, technical enablement, technical program leadership, or a similar role.
  • •Deep understanding of how modern engineering teams work across software development lifecycles, code review, testing, and developer tooling/standards adoption.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, and Cursor to create content and reusable workflow assets.
  • •Demonstrated ability to create reusable AI-assisted workflows (prompt libraries, enablement content, templates, playbooks).
  • •Ability to translate evolving technical standards into practical, high-frequency guidance for engineers and managers.
