Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new or prospective clients with setting up a development sandbox.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert to design onboarding, transaction processing, and reporting solutions for clients.
  • •Provide regular status reports on open integration projects to project management teams and leadership.
  • •Understand and communicate complex technical specifications and APIs.
  • •Help clients detect errors and debug request and response messages, and support ongoing integration maintenance after certification.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • •3 years’ experience supporting high-tech products for multi-national clients.
  • •2 years’ experience with standard communication protocols such as client-server and server-to-server (IP, HTTP).
  • •Working knowledge of web-based programming languages and data formats including Python, Java SE, PHP, JSON, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a collaborative, customer-focused technical mindset.
