  • •Applies industry knowledge and technical understanding to execute and deliver design work.
  • •Independently analyzes issues, identifies solutions using existing techniques, and proposes approaches for novel issues.
  • •Coordinates work with other disciplines and departments participating on assigned projects.
  • •Provides guidance and training to junior team members and proactively reports to project managers, principals, and lead designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture plus four (4) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Registered Architecture license within 12 months.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and other BIM tools, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic communications.
  • •Experience coordinating and delivering architectural work on complex projects, including package completion.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and strong organizational/time management.
