Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and act as the go-to point when issues arise.
•Grow the revenue line, focusing on top-line results and staying open-minded when data contradicts assumptions.
•Run the ROAS dial by tuning internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS and translating retention/cap-fill outcomes into bid moves.
•Catch problems before advertisers do by scheduling and executing format/geo tests and intervening before metrics become complaints.
•Translate between commercial and technical teams, help debug cost-data drift with engineering for ETAs, and ship weekly growth playbook updates.

•Have hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular and can work through attribution/postback issues.
