Key Responsibilities

  • •Exemplify company behaviors and maintain professionalism when representing the company inside and outside the plant.
  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optic systems to keep equipment in top working order.
  • •Perform pre-inspections, determine required parts/tools, and read programmable controller information to diagnose complex problems.
  • •Replace and maintain machine components (belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears) and repair/rebuild plant machinery and equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, cleans and lubricates molding machines, log all work accurately, and maintain safe operations (including forklift operation and lockout/tagout).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2+ years of industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience.
  • •2+ years industrial maintenance, manufacturing, and/or technical school experience and/or an Associates degree from an accredited technical institute.
  • •Strong PLC programming skills and ability to troubleshoot PLC systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and equipment manuals/work orders.
  • •Experience maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding equipment, with safe lockout/tagout practices.
