Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer transactions using cash registers and POS, including processing payments and issuing receipts, refunds, and change/tickets.
  • •Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing; redeem coupons and vouchers and complete merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • •Cross-sell and sell add-ons to increase UPT, and replenish the sales floor as needed.
  • •Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas; bag packages and ensure till documents are signed and filed.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently as a retail cashier or in a similar sales role (2-4 years experience).

  • •Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate while redeeming coupons and vouchers.
  • •Maintain strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to resolve customer needs.
