Partner with the Head of People, founders, and GTM leaders to translate hiring plans into role briefs and structured interview processes. Build proactive sourcing pipelines (outbound, referrals, talent communities, events), run fast high-touch candidate loops, coordinate debriefs and offers, and use funnel data to improve time-to-fill and conversion. Help scale repeatable recruiting playbooks and candidate experience standards.
