Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end systems engineering for the vehicle OTA software update ecosystem, spanning requirements, architecture, integration, validation, and compliance across in-vehicle ECUs, telematics, update orchestration, diagnostics, and cloud services.
  • •Decompose vehicle-level OTA features to ECU-level and cloud/service requirements, owning traceability to verification and validation.
  • •Collaborate with functional safety engineers to support functional safety concepts and be accountable for technical safety concepts for OTA activities (including safety analyses like HARA/ASIL decomposition).
  • •Define and execute verification and validation plans in coordination with test teams.
  • •Coordinate systems engineering lifecycle activities with program management to deliver to program release milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in systems engineering for connected vehicles/embedded systems and OTA.
  • •Experience with vehicle connectivity architecture (TCU, modem, GNSS, antennas).
  • •Knowledge of cellular technologies, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
  • •Experience applying Model Based Systems Engineering in a production environment.
