Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for entire hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and long-term organizational growth.
  • •Deliver on-time go-live and phased commissioning with readiness criteria, maintaining commissioning dashboards and risk registers, and ensuring operational readiness across key clinical areas.
  • •Own the hospital P&L and drive revenue, margin, and cash-flow targets; translate group strategy into annual operating plans and service-line business cases.
  • •Lead non-clinical operations including Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities, Health & Safety, Revenue Cycle, Patient Experience, and Sales/Marketing; optimize throughput and access and manage costs.
  • •Secure and maintain approvals and accreditation readiness (e.g., JCI, ISO, CAP), oversee compliance and ethical practices, and lead risk, security, and business continuity planning.
