Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory holdings across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to identify return opportunities for unhealthy stocks.
  • •Factor commercial variables (store openings, promotions, animations, seasonality, trends, product lifecycle) into return prioritization.
  • •Collaborate with the Regional Planning Team to align on RTV proposals and inventory reduction plans with brands and category managers.
  • •Lead RTV negotiations with external brand partners and coordinate timely physical execution with supply chain and logistics teams.
  • •Define and monitor action plans to improve processes, methods, and tools; report on RTV performance (Days on Hand, depreciation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.
  • •Detail-oriented, organised, results-driven, and able to work under pressure with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
