  • •Develop and establish M&A integration processes, procedures, systems, and tools for the US region.
  • •Provide governance and reporting for M&A Integration activities across the US region.
  • •Lead Power & Energy operational integration activities on behalf of the P&E executive leadership team.
  • •Create business line and service line operations plans covering organizational design change, business readiness, go-live, implementation, embedment, and closeout.
  • •Establish integration management structure for action tracking, follow-up, escalation, closeout, and risk management; facilitate stakeholder engagement and employee communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, organizational development, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education experience in operations leadership, integration management, business transformation, organizational change, or related leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex business integration, transformation, merger and acquisition integration, or enterprise change initiatives.
  • •Strong experience developing business readiness plans, implementation plans, stakeholder engagement plans, risk registers, and governance structures.
  • •Proven ability to work effectively with executive and senior leaders, people leaders, HR, communications, change management, and cross-functional teams.
