Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee profitable revenue growth by managing commercial activities throughout the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process.
  • •Validate risk versus reward across contractual terms, technical risk, payment security, and deal profitability.
  • •Develop and execute regional commercial and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead or support early engagement (EE) and must-win (MW) opportunities, tenders, and strategic commercial projects.
  • •Manage governance and compliance for commercial policies and risk management frameworks, and ensure successful transition from ITO to order-to-remittance (OTR).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • •Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • •Strong experience in commercial, sales, tendering, or bid management roles.
  • •Proven experience managing inquiry-to-order (ITO) processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing strategies.
  • •Experience evaluating commercial risks, contract terms, profitability, and margin optimization.
