Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Process Efficiency and Continuous Improvement across indirect procurement; lead structured improvement initiatives delivering cycle time reduction, cost avoidance, and productivity gains
  • •Define, document, and standardise end-to-end procurement processes, aligned to Dyson’s global operating model; develop and maintain process documentation, RACI frameworks, and governance structures
  • •Build and manage a portfolio of process improvement and transformation initiatives, aligned to procurement priorities; define business cases, success metrics and value delivery targets
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to digitise and automate procurement processes (e.g. workflow automation, analytics, self-service tools); drive adoption of data-driven decision making
  • •Lead change management activities and stakeholder engagement to secure cross-functional alignment and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working

Key Requirements

  • •University degree; Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
  • •Experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or related fields
  • •Proven track record in delivering transformation programs and in change management methodologies and driving organizational adoption
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, able to bring others on the journey
  • •Experience in digital procurement tools and systems (e.g. Ariba, P2P platforms) and translating business requirements into practical, scalable process solutions
