Job Summary

Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ response process for AI solutions, ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive, and delivered on time. Coordinate inputs across sales, product, engineering, legal/security, and delivery to build cohesive, client-focused bids. Support GTM leadership with scalable commercial structures, including SoWs, delivery plans, resource assumptions, and cost models, while maintaining a reusable RFP content library covering AI capabilities and security/compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
•Coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal, security, and delivery teams to craft cohesive, client-focused proposals.
•Ensure responses meet customer requirements and deadlines with zero tolerance for compliance gaps.
•Develop and maintain a reusable RFP content library covering AI capabilities, technical architecture, security, and compliance documentation.
•Support GTM leadership with scalable AI solution structuring and creation of SoWs, delivery plans/resource assumptions, and cost models/commercial frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in RFP/bid management, preferably in AI, tech, or public sector environments.
•Experience in the Middle East and European RFPs (EU Institutions, National Governments) is a plus.
•Exceptional ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous documentation.
•Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
•Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into persuasive, client-centric proposals.
