Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
  • •Coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal, security, and delivery teams to craft cohesive, client-focused proposals.
  • •Ensure responses meet customer requirements and deadlines with zero tolerance for compliance gaps.
  • •Develop and maintain a reusable RFP content library covering AI capabilities, technical architecture, security, and compliance documentation.
  • •Support GTM leadership with scalable AI solution structuring and creation of SoWs, delivery plans/resource assumptions, and cost models/commercial frameworks.

Key Requirements
