Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for IT Run portfolios, including multi-year CAPEX and OPEX plans.
  • •Coordinate budget submissions and support plan dialogue exercises and strategic portfolio planning activities.
  • •Monitor and analyze IT spending across applications, infrastructure, licenses, vendors, projects, and shared services; recommend corrective actions for variances.
  • •Ensure compliance with Allianz Group IT Taxonomy and financial reporting standards while developing IT financial insights and KPIs.
  • •Deliver executive-level reporting and cost analysis, including cost allocation models and RtC cost analysis for steering and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in controlling, finance, IT, operations, or consulting, preferably in financial services.
  • •Strong academic background in IT, economics, finance, or business administration.
  • •Advanced expertise in financial controlling, planning, budgeting, and operational steering.
  • •Good understanding of the insurance industry, IT landscapes, and large-scale transformation or implementation programs.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SAP Integrated Planning, ServiceNow, and Power BI is advantageous.
