Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as strategic lead for major network disruptions, coordinating crisis response alignment across command centers and executive leadership to restore services.
  • •Activate crisis management teams based on severity thresholds and monitor operational channels to detect and act promptly.
  • •Coordinate direct interfacing with tech teams for high-severity event response when the global payment network is impacted.
  • •Design and execute crisis response frameworks and playbooks for payment network failure modes, including transaction and clearing/settlement issues.
  • •Drive post-incident reviews, prioritize remediation actions, and facilitate resilience improvements across the product development lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,700 - 272,400 annually
