Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior SAP Finance SME and central authority across SAP S/4HANA transformation, assessment, implementation, and advisory engagements.
  • •Own Finance solution strategy and end-to-end solution design for Record-to-Report capabilities, including AP, AR, Asset Accounting, financial close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
  • •Provide architecture-level oversight for Controlling/managing accounting and ensure full integration between Finance and Controlling.
  • •Lead client-facing discovery, Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution option development, and executive recommendations for finance transformation roadmaps and operating models.
  • •Provide delivery governance and solution oversight through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, including finance integration, data migration, reconciliation, and defect resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of SAP experience with deep functional, advisory, and solution architecture expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, including end-to-end Finance design areas (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, close, intercompany, reporting).
  • •Hands-on architecture experience in S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, Business Partner, New Asset Accounting, embedded analytics, and SAP Fiori for Finance.
  • •3–5+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation/implementation programs in a Finance Solution Architect/Finance Lead (or equivalent senior) role.
  • •Strong SAP Controlling knowledge and integration with Financial Accounting, including cost center/profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, material ledger, cost object controlling, settlement, and profitability analysis.
  • •Significant manufacturing industry experience (discrete and/or process) and ability to translate industry-specific finance requirements into practical SAP solutions.
